Application scope:
The railway axle end bolt smart wrenches is used for the tightening work of the axle end bolts for railway vehicle wheelsets. The smart wrench equipment is mainly composed of 2 smart wrenches, 2 frame racks and control system. Each smart wrench can tighten 3 bolts simultaneously.

Main Features:
- The tightening machine is mainly composed of 2 smart wrenches, 2 frame racks and control system. Each smart wrench can tighten 3 bolts simultaneously.
- The tightening shaft has the function of forward rotation and reverse rotation, and the rotation direction can be easily changed by editing the tightening program.
- The control torque can be closed-loop controlled by the torque sensor to accurately control the tightening torque.
- The tightening process has arbitrary programming function: in each tightening step, the tightening speed can be changed by programming (stepless speed change).
- Synchronization function: when any tightening shaft completes a tightening step, it will wait for other shafts to complete this step, and then start the next step together to keep the tightening shaft synchronized.
- The equipment can record the tightening data, and display it on the screen.
- The operation adopts suspension mode, and the fuselage lifting has automatic control positioning and adjustment function.
- Alarm information and self diagnosis function: when there is an error or fault in the smart wrench, the equipment will send out alarm information, display and record the result of self diagnosis on the screem, so as to facilitate the maintenance personnel to deal with it in time.
- Computer communication and editing function: the equipment has the function of network communication, and can communicate with the computer through Ethernet or serial port, so as to edit the tightening program.
- Tightening result display and printing function: the tightening result and data will be displayed on the display screen of the controller and printed out. The control system can display the tightening curve of tightening process in real time.
- All tightening data will be stored in the memory card of the controller immediately, and all history records can be viewed through the controller at any time.
- The trigger sleeve can pass the preset cap recognition procedure, and the sleeve can be easily inserted or withdrawn from the bolt or nut.
- Over-current automatic protection function: the system has current protection circuit, over-current will automatically shut down the system and alarm.
- Over-voltage automatic protection: the system has voltage protection circuit, over-voltage or under voltage will automatically shut down the system and alarm.
- Over-temperature automatic protection: the system has a temperature sensor, no matter the motor or servo is overheated, it will automatically shut down the system and give an alarm.
- The equipment has the function and measures to prevent the main trigger from falling from the hanging connection.
- Data transmission: the equipment has the function of connecting to wireless network; it shall have the data communication interface with HMIS system to realize data transmission and sharing with the existing maintenance information pipeline.
