Main Features:
- The machine is mainly composed of main frame, worktable, ram device, pressure cylinder, jib device, positioning device, disassembly tooling, hydraulic system and eclectrial control system and etc.
- The main frame is mainly composed of worktable frame, jib frame and receiving device. It's welled by steel. The main frame with firmly fixed on to the ground by anchor bolts. With high strength and stability.
- The worktable can be rotate 360°. It's provided with fixture for fitting the disassembly tooling.
- The ram device is of good quality material to ensure the batch disassembly demands.
- The pressure cylinder is manufacted by professional maker to ensure the batch disassembly demands.
- The jib device can realize the rotation of the force arm of the pressure cylinder, so as to adjust the press point position to meet the disassembly of differet workpices.
- The machine is a new equipment (including all parts, components and accessories), and manufactured with new high-quality materials. The mechanical components used is a series of advanced, high quality, reliable and practical products, and conforms with relevant international standards.
