Application Scope:
This machine is applicable for the assembly work of the wheelset wheel and brake disc of different types of EMU, urban rail transit (Subway,Light rail), coaches with 2~4 brake discs, normal wagons, all types of locomotive and EU trains.

Main features:

Table structure, double cylinders with a rotary table, ensure that brake disc can automatically tighten / loosen the bolts in accordance with the preset angle in the assembly process, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving process efficiency.
Equipped with brake disc locking mechanism to prevent brake disc run out during assembly, ensuring the assembly pass rate.
